Board certified in urology, Dr. DiMarco is a Rochester, NY native, a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School, LeMoyne College, and Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his urology residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry.

Dr. DiMarco is currently a clinical associate professor at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, the Urology Residency Program Director at Rochester General Hospital and former Chief of Urology at the Genesee Hospital. He has published several articles and his professional associations include the American Urological Association and the Monroe County Medical Society. Dr. DiMarco's areas of special interest include vasectomy, benign prostatic hypertrophy, kidney stones, and urologic cancers.
