About Dr. Ebert
Jared Ebert, M.D. is a native of Ohio. He joined Retina Associates of Western New York in 2025. Dr. Ebert earned his Doctor of Medicine degree and completed his Residency training at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where he received the Award for Excellence in Graduate Medical Education. He completed a two-year surgical retina fellow ship in Washington, D.C. with the Retina Group of Washington and Georgetown University.
Dr. Ebert is an active fellow and member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists. He is actively engaged in clinical and scientific research with contribution to peer-reviewed publications, book chapters, and educational presentations. Dr Ebert specializes in medical and surgical diseases of the retina and vitreous including macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, complex retinal detachment, macular pucker, macular hole, retinal vascular diseases and secondary lens techniques.
Dr. Ebert hold privileges at The Brighton Surgery Center, Unity Hospital and Rochester General Hospital. Dr. Ebert looks forward to getting involved in RAWNY’s robust clinical research program and actively joining in our mission to “Preserve and Restore Sight with Compassion and Innovation.”
