About Dr. Klein
Dr. Klein’s focus is in Cataract Surgery and Comprehensive Ophthalmology. Dr. Klein graduated from The College of William and Mary with a BS in Biology in 1996 and earned his MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University, 2002. Dr. Klein completed his internship at York Hospital in 2003 and residency in Ophthalmology at University Hospital of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University, 2003 - 2006. He served as Adjunct Professor, Department of Ophthalmology at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine, 2006 – 2008. Dr. Klein worked at Hammond Clinic, Munster, IL, 2008 – 2012 and University of Rochester Medical Center, Flaum Eye Institute, 2012 – 2022. Served as an Associate Professor and earned Outstanding Resident Teaching Award in 2016, 2021. Dr. Klein is Board Certified to practice Ophthalmology in the United States since 2008 and is currently an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
